While our world was forced into lockdown, work has forged ahead on the impressive Dwellingup National Trails Centre project.
The Dwellingup Trails and Visitor Centre’s (DTVC) new building is close to completion and modifications to the old building, in order to align it with the new concept, are in their final stages.
The modern fit out of the DTVC will soon start and includes impressive state-of-the-art and high-tech additions including interpretive touch screens, a map table with share screen capability, large screen display and virtual reality. It is a large, modern and comfortable space for visitors that pays tribute to the heritage and culture of Dwellingup and will still house the impressive bright orange 1939 Mack Truck.

This $4.5 million dollar project has been two years in the making and its anticipated completion will also align with the launch of the Dwellingup Marketing and Communications plan, which includes a dedicated tourism website and destination booklet.
Great things are in store for Dwellingup – very exciting times ahead.
